World's largest ultra fine grinding mill produced 2014-12-29
The largest ultra fine grinding mill is produced in Shanghai Clirik Machinery.
The general engineer claims that HGM168 is the largest ultra fine grinding mill till now in the world. We believe HGM168 will be welcomed by many customers due to its efficiency, robustness, and scale-up ability and may replace a large market of traditional vertical mill.
The mill was developed under a collaborative agreement between Clirik and many other large mining equipment companies. For this mill, we established a new research and design term. For meet the high capacity, we also test and use five-head classifier.
Main technical data:
Finished Size: D97 100-9 micron, 150-1500 mesh
capacity: 3.8-35 t/h
ring diameter: 1680 mm
ring number: 4 pcs
roller number: 30-40 pcs
Main Shaft Speed: 120-130 r.p.m
input size: under 20mm
outlet size: L*W*H 26.3*7.5*11.9 M
main unit power: 315 kw
classifier power: 5*18.5 ( muti-head classifier)
Luke Zhang, the general manager said, “The HGM168 is a high intensity fine grinding machine which efficiently grinds minerals to below 10 microns, a duty which was uneconomic with previous technology. This can transform the economics of flotation for fine-grained ores, and greatly accelerate leaching rates in hydrometallurgy.
HGM168 no need of grinding media, easy to operate and a key distribution, vital for leaching applications”.
According to the plan, this large ultra fine grinding mill will be marketed worldwide by Clirik and their 16 partners in China and agents abroad, which provides a complete solution including test work, circuit design, and installation and commissioning support, also includes ongoing operational support from its team of highly experienced plant operators.
