Ultra Fine Grinding Technology 2014-12-26
Shanghai Clirik Machinery devotes to mineral grinding technologies designs, manufactures and supplies the patented HGM ultra fine grinding mill, specifically developed to meet the lasting increasing high output size grinding demand for efficient and economical production of fine and ultrafine products.
HGM ultra fine grinding mill, the output size is mainly controlled by classifier and blower. The classifier rotation speed is proportional to the blower air volume. The rotation speed and blower is automatically controlled by electricity control system. The classifier must be tested and revised by fineness balancing instrument before installed into the main unit. For this reason, when the raw material enter into the grinding chamber, the qualified which meet the needed output size can go to powder collector with the air, the unqualified powder can be falled down to regrinding until to get the qualified fineness.
Features
1. Mechanically robust, the HGM ultra fine grinding mill is designed with conventional mechanical components that have been over-engineered to ensure reliability
2. Optional internal raw material of grinding elements, ring, roller to achieve optimum performance
3. Electricity control system controlled, providing history trends of key data plus the ability to integrate into a plant control system using conventional communication protocols (which can also be used for maintenance planning)
4. Low noise, HGM ultra fine grinding mill operates with noise attenuation
Benefits
1. HGM ultra fine grinding mill produces Fine and Ultrafine products under very economical conditions. No grinding media requirements nor consequent contamination to product
2. Ability to accept large particle size(20mm) feeds in the production of fine products
3. HGM ulta fine grinding mill is versatile with the capability to quickly change to process alternative materials or produce different product sizes
4. Safe and simple maintenance
Applications
Ores, mineral stones, chemicals, hard materials, such as iron ores, gold ores, calcium carbonate, zircon, baryte, carbon black, mica, talc, wollastonite, slag, blast furnace slag etc.
