YGM Raymond Mill and Power Plant Desulfurization 2019-03-08

Electricity is an indispensable resource in production and life. With the rapid development of China's economy, demand is rising. However, coal-fired power is the main component of China's electric power. With the increase of electricity consumption, sulfur dioxide emissions are also increasing. Among them, the sulfur dioxide emissions from coal-fired power plants have approached 50% of the total emissions, which has caused enormous pollution to the environment. In order to create a harmonious ecological environment, many power plants have adopted limestone desulfurization method. Limestone is sufficiently ground by a grinder, water is added to slurry, and reacts with the flue gas discharged by the power plant to remove sulfur elements in the flue gas by chemical methods. Among them, the finer the limestone powder, the better the reaction with sulfur elements in flue gas, and the higher the desulfurization efficiency.

 

 

In order to improve desulfurization efficiency, Shanghai Clirik introduced YGM Raymond mill on the basis of years of industrial grinder research and development experience, absorbing excellent industrial pulverizing technology. The grinding rolls and rings of the machine are stepped, which prolongs the rolling time of materials and improves the grinding effect. At the same time, equipped with impeller of high density flour separator, the fineness of finished product can be improved by increasing the density of blade under the condition of constant rotational speed, and the finished product can be increased by more than 50% under the same power. YGM Raymond mill has significantly improved the desulfurization efficiency, and has become the ideal equipment for desulfurization in major power plants.
